Big and Small
In the Milky Way galaxy, there are estimated to be 100 to 400 million stars. Compare this to each human being, where there are 300 trillion microbes living within us, comprising a variety of biological ecosystems, much like coral reefs but unseen to the naked eye. This wilderness of life in us, and all other living beings, inspires another way of viewing the wild world, through a myriad of imaginary panoramas that can be expressed in the feelings and images of abstract art.
